The 2019-2020 bowls season has been filled with more than the usual amount of highs and lows, twists and turns, and global pandemics.

This hasn't fazed our community, which can be seen by the incredible amount of nominations we've had for the 2019-2020 Summerset National Awards.

July 1 was the deadline for nominations, and Bowls New Zealand was ecstatic to see the most nominations we have ever received from the length and breadth of the country.

We thank all those who have taken the time to send in a nomination, recognising the efforts of individuals, clubs and communities in our sport.  All nominees will now be put the the rigors of the judging process and finalists will be selected.
