The wet and cold weather arrived this afternoon around the greens of Dunedin causing the last round of qualifying of the Women's Singles with players trying to get that elusive 3rd win to be played in trying conditions.
All the leading players have made their way through to post section play with the only casualty New Zealand squad member Angela Boyd.
In the Men's Pairs, two greens were in progress at the time of going to air, and virtually all of the leading players have won their way through to post section play - the only major casualty being Shaun Scott of Dunedin. There are 56 qualifiers to date in the Men's Pairs.
