WHO THE COACHES ARE...

Foundation coaches can come from anywhere it’s not about who they are but rather whether they understand and care about the development of people and offering them an enjoyable experience that will make them want to come back for more.

COURSE DURATION

5 hours - Usually held on one weekend day or split across two week nights (2.5 hours each night)

18 +
