Jeremy Henry remains on course to successfully defend his Indoor Bowls World Cup title after a comfortable last four win over Ronnie Duncan today.

The Australian was dominant from the outset at the Warilla Bowls & Recreation Club in Shellharbour, south of Sydney.

He won 7-5, 7-7 against his Scottish opponent on home soil.

Henry must now wait to see who he will face in tomorrow’s final as the second last four clash is scheduled for earlier in the day.

It will see Malaysia’s Soufi Rusli take-on New Zealand’s Ali Forsyth.

New Zealand’s Jo Edwards will face Guernsey’s Lucy Beere in the corresponding women’s final.

Edwards impressed in comfortably beating Malaysia’s Nor Hashimah Ismail 10-2, 9-5.

Beere was pushed slightly harder before prevailing 8-7, 9-5 against Australia’s Natasha Scott.

The women’s final will also take place tomorrow.
