The National Under 18 Singles starts today at Howick Bowling Club. The predicted storm seems to have passed over Auckland and at this stage all play is scheduled at Howick with the welcome and trial ends due to commence at 8.00am.

The travel plans of some player have been disrupted with some still stranded in Gisborne and New Plymouth.
